1. Initial Submission Check

2. Assignment to Reviewers

• The manuscript is sent to at least two independent experts in the relevant field.
• USAR Publisher follows a double-blind review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure unbiased feedback.

3. Review Process & Criteria

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

• Originality & Significance – The novelty and impact of the research.
• Methodology – The accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility of research methods.
• Results & Interpretation – The validity and relevance of findings.
• Ethical Compliance – Adherence to research ethics and proper citations.

4. Reviewer Feedback & Recommendations

Reviewers provide detailed feedback and recommend one of the following:

• Accept – The manuscript is suitable for publication with minor or no changes.
• Revise & Resubmit – The manuscript requires significant revisions and will be re-evaluated.
• Reject – The manuscript does not meet the journal’s standards.

5. Author Revisions & Resubmission

• Authors must address all reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript with a detailed response letter.
• The revised manuscript is re-evaluated by the same reviewers (if necessary).

6. Editorial Decision

• The editor-in-chief makes the final decision based on reviewer feedback.
• If accepted, the manuscript moves to proofreading and publication.

7. Publication

• Final proofs are sent to the corresponding author for approval.
• Once approved, the article is published open access on the USAR Publisher platform.
