Language
Manuscripts must be written in English with clear and professional language.
Page Format
Submissions should be in A4-sized Microsoft Word documents with 1-inch margins on all sides. The text should be in Times New Roman, size 12, single column format. Tables and images must be arranged in the order they appear in the manuscript. The maximum length is 30 pages, with additional charges for extra pages.
Manuscript Title
The title should be concise, informative, and accurately represent the study’s content.
Author Information
Include the full names, affiliations, email addresses, and phone numbers of all authors. Clearly indicate the corresponding author.
Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must provide a brief summary of the study. After the abstract, include up to seven keywords and define any important acronyms.
Introduction
Clearly describe the background, objectives, and significance of the study.
Materials and Methods
Provide a detailed and transparent description of the materials, methods, and procedures used to ensure reproducibility.
Results and Discussion
Authors may choose to combine or separate the Results and Discussion sections. This section should interpret findings in relation to existing literature.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledge funding sources, grants, and contributions from individuals or institutions.
References
References should be listed in the order they appear in the text using the APA citation format:
- Single author: (Smith, 2020)
- Multiple authors: (Smith et al., 2020)
Publication Fee
If a paper is accepted, authors must pay the required publication fees as per USAR Publisher’s policy.
Proofreading and Publication
Before publication, proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for final review. Authors must carefully check for errors and return the proof promptly. The editorial team will then finalize the manuscript for publication.
